CEO & Co-founder Michał Głowiński

Michał has worked in IT throughout his entire professional life. He gained his experience in large financial organisations, including working for a major global insurance company. In 2019 Michal joined a market leading UK FTSE 100 Asset Management company to establish their first overseas Technology Hub. He also worked at the IT centre of the Ministry of Interior.

Winner of the 16th edition of the longest-running and most prestigious competition for the best CIO in Poland, organised by the CEO magazine.

He holds a Master’s degree in software engineering from the Poznan University of Technology and an MBA diploma from the Kozminski Academy.

Scientific Advisor & Co-founder Konrad Banaszek

Konrad has held postdoctoral positions at the University of Rochester, NY, USA, Oxford, UK, eventually followed by the faculty appointment at the University of Warsaw, Poland.

He has 25 years of research experience in quantum optics and quantum technologies, document by over 140 scientific articles and conference papers as well as 4 inventions in the area of quantum and optical communications.

His field of research is quantum physics and optical sciences with a focus on novel approaches to communication, sensing, and imaging that enable operation beyond the standard quantum limits.

Konrad is a scientific coordinator of the QuantERA programme, a European network of 39 public Research Funding Organisations from 31 countries supporting research and technology development in quantum technologies.

He is also a fellow of Optica (formerly Optical Society of America) and corresponding member of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

Research and Development Director & Co-founder Lidia Tańska

Lidia holds a PhD degree in Physical Sciences (spectroscopic techniques in materials science) and a Bachelor degree in Marketing and Management from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Poland. She also completed postgraduate studies in Psychology and Management.

She has served in management roles for a wide range of research and technology development projects in the academic sector.

Her experience includes funding from EU research and innovation programmes, structural funds, as well as national sources.
